Message	The "new paint", is when we got our exterior pieces painted at the sometime, that's when we found out the differences and the guy had to adjust the mixture for my '94 kh6. To reiterate, paint fades for both pearl colors, that's up to the temperature/sun exposure it faces on the car. I was just making a point that bluish tint is probably due to the Arctic White pearl's base coat, and since it's only a 2 year production color, you'll have an easier time in the future to match...
